AstroGraphene Raman Spectroscopy
The Raman spectrum of an AstroGraphene sample shows the three characteristic peaks of graphene (approximate values, read from the chart above):
- D peak at around 1330 cm⁻¹
- G peak at around 1570 cm⁻¹
- 2D peak at around 2690 cm⁻¹
The I2D/IG intensity ratio is about 1.3 and the ID/IG ratio is about 0.6. The sharp 2D peak, taller than the G peak, is consistent with a few-layer graphene structure.
AstroGraphene
At Jahan Ayandeh Shimi, graphene is no longer just a laboratory or academic material. Built on our own proprietary technology — the result of years of active work in both science and industry — AstroGraphene is produced at industrial scale and ready to compete with international graphene suppliers.

AstroGraphene Applications
The biggest barriers to unlocking the real potential of graphene have always been its high price and how difficult it is to disperse in different matrices. With advanced technology for synthesis, post-processing and dispersion, Jahan Ayandeh Shimi is proud to offer dispersed AstroGraphene — fully suspended, stable and ready to use — in three carriers:
- Water-based
- Solvent-based
- Resin-based
These pre-dispersed products have been formulated, or are being optimized, to deliver a step change in performance in the industries below — and go straight into your production line with no secondary processing equipment:
- Composites: a wide range of advanced composites
- Construction & infrastructure: high-strength advanced concrete
- Asphalt, bitumen & related coatings: stronger mechanical properties and better resistance to environmental conditions
- Paints, coatings & adhesives: paints and coatings that resist corrosion, weathering and electromagnetic interference (EMI shielding); conductive coatings and adhesives
- Rubber & plastics: ready-to-use masterbatch
- Emerging technologies: and many other cutting-edge applications at the frontier of materials science
